My Goals

short term: get arm well enough to run again. Now that it's dark - get to gym with regularity...run on elliptical and maybe stairmaster workout and then weights or prefer machines. I need to lose my belly! Would like to tone and lose 5+ pounds. Need to get better disciplined about diet (grains & veggies). While healing , have turned to carbs and ice cream!
